LONDON - The IT company Surfshark, specialized in cybersecurity, has published its Digital Quality of Life Index 2020, an analysis of the quality of digital life in the world, based on the 5 main criteria that are the cost of access Internet, its quality, electronic infrastructure, level of security and e-government.
Out of the 85 countries studied, only 6 on the African continent display a significant quality index. They are South Africa, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Kenya.
As we can see, the Maghreb concentrates the best African students in this area, while the other 3 are distributed between the eastern, western and southern regions of the continent.
